Michelle Maryk

Michelle Maryk is entering her fourth year as a member of Lightning Strikes. She played a number of roles in The Playboy Stories; "Maddy Goffe" in In the Parlance (also by Richard Harland Smith); various roles in A 95% Chance They'll Wind Up Like Larvae; and she originated the role of "Katie"in Single Bullet Theory. Michelle is savoring this opportunity to not actually speak for a change as she takes on the role of the "Dead Girl" in The Viy . On May 23, 24, and 25th Michelle is premiering her angry, brawling and (hopefully) funny one-woman show Spleen: Life Lessons from an Inappropriate Drunk at the Manhattan Theatre Source. She has also been seen as the lead role in the movie, The 13th Child, along with Cliff Robertson and Robert Guillaume and a number of Lightning Strikers, as well as a brief appearance with Eric Stoltz and Anthony LaPaglia in Mike Bencivenga's, Happy Hour. The DVD for The 13th Child is now out, but Michelle takes no responsibility in getting you those 95 minutes of your life back if you rent it. She is also an oft-heard voice-over artist, comedy sketch/momologue performer, a regular sketch performer on Late Night with Conan O'Brien and just played David Cross' wife on his new DVD, Let America Laugh. Yes, you can rent that without being angry at Michelle.
