Julie Hera

Julie has been with LS since 2000, and currently serves as the Managing Director. She recently created the role of Lee Ann, Vegas showgirl in turmoil, in the feature film STUCK, which is a new independent (Mimi Sketchbook and Woodburning Arts) currently in production. She has spent the past few years in New York creating roles on the stage, including: Lyudmilla in Richard Harland Smith’s The Viy, Becca in Mike Bencivenga’s Single Bullet Theory,and Cath in Lightning Strikes’ award winning In the Parlance, Additional New York credits include: Kay Strange (Towards Zero); Lina (Misalliance); Barbara (Major Barbara) and work with Gotham City Improv. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon, favorite regional credits: several seasons with the Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera, including Rose in Secret Garden; April in Company (Pittsburgh Playhouse); Maggie in Chorus Line (Byham Theatre). Julie can be seen on film as Young Cynthia in The First Wives Club, the receptionist in The Preacher’s Wife and in various roles as part of Joseph Moran’s jokesDOTcom project. Julie was recently seen as the face and voice of Real Simple Magazine’s Get Organized New York project which featured her in print, TV and radio commercials.
