Stephen Aloi
Stephen Aloi has been a member of Lightning Strikes since 2001, when he played the role of "Vin" in Richard Harland Smith's In the Parlance. Other recent New York credits include "Nevile Strange" in Towards Zero, "Johnny Tarleton" in Misalliance (both with Pulse Ensemble Theatre), and "Gentleman Caller" in The Glass Menagerie (Hudson Shakespeare Company). At NYU, he worked with Joseph Chaikin on Edward Albee's Counting the Ways, playing the role of "He". Stephen's Film and TV credits include two roles on Third Watch and the role of "Young Frank Sr." in the indie feature Pride and Loyalty. Most recently, he was seen on HBO's hit series The Wire in a recurring role as Homicide "Lieutenant Grayson". Stephen is a graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts (Stella Adler Conservatory of Acting). He also received a Certificate in Russian Theatre from the Nikitsky Gates Theatre in Moscow.
